TG = Triglyceride, EE = Ethyl ester
The four-digit code. The various EPAX products are equipped with a four-digit code that indicates the concentration of Omega-3 EPA/DHA fatty
acids, followed by a two-letter code indicating whether the product is supplied in ethyl ester form or in triglyceride form.
If the last two digits in the four-digit code are 00, the first two digits indicate the total concentration of EPA and DHA
fatty acids in the product (e.g. EPAX 6000 TG). Otherwise, the four-digit codes indicate the ratio of EPA to DHA (e.g. EPAX
1050 TG). The product specification sheets provide details about the Omega-3 content in the fish oil as well as other relevant
information.
